RESET Carbon and Made2Flow Partner to Scale Supplier Decarbonization Across Global Supply Chains

We are pleased to announce a strategic partnership between RESET Carbon, an LRQA company, and Made2Flow to help brands accelerate Scope 3 decarbonization across complex, multi-tier supply chains.

Most supplier decarbonization programs stall at the same two points: data that is inconsistent or unreliable, and interventions that are not calibrated to where suppliers actually stand. Our joint offering closes both gaps, combining RESET Carbon’s expertise in Scope 3 strategy and on-the-ground supplier engagement with Made2Flow’s purpose-built project management solution for supplier data collection, benchmarking, and emissions reduction tracking.

Together, we bring brands an integrated methodology that moves from spend-based Scope 3 baseline and hotspot analysis, through standardized supplier data collection, to facility-level benchmarking and targeted decarbonization programs, all supported by continuous tracking and annual re-benchmarking. RESET Carbon leads on Scope 3 inventory, science-based target-setting, supplier assessment, on-site engagement, and CBAM and regulatory compliance support. Made2Flow contributes standardized data collection at scale, automated audit-ready carbon footprint calculations, facility-level benchmarking against sector peers, and supplier segmentation and progress tracking.

The joint offering is designed to integrate with RESET Carbon’s existing Supply Chain Decarbonization Programs and to support alignment with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), RE100, and CDP reporting requirements, at a scale suited to large, multi-tier supply chains in apparel, footwear, and consumer goods.

The partnership also unlocks a cross-brand benefit: when multiple brands collect supplier data through the same platform and methodology, factories that appear in several supply chains at once can be identified, allowing brands to coordinate engagement, share the cost of on-site assessments, and jointly benefit from the resulting data. This builds on the logic behind RESET Carbon’s Screening & Shared Factory Tool, now extended across Made2Flow’s network of hundreds of Tier 1-3 suppliers already engaged in emissions reduction programs.

Liam Salter, CEO of RESET Carbon, said, “Brands have made real progress on Scope 3 measurement, but measurement alone doesn’t reduce emissions. This partnership pairs our strategic and on-the-ground supplier expertise with Made2Flow’s data infrastructure, so brands can move beyond reporting and drive measurable reductions across their supply chains, backed by clear KPIs.”

Tal Shogol, CEO of Made2Flow, added, “By partnering with RESET Carbon, we are creating a one-stop solution that drives efficiency across the entire supplier decarbonization journey, enabling seamless collaboration among all stakeholders. Leveraging existing initiatives and shared supplier engagement, this approach accelerates decarbonization at scale while delivering automated, credible Scope 3 category 1 emissions calculations”.
