Preparing for ambitious growth with our recent Strategy Workshop

With ambitious goals for the year ahead, our management team recently gathered in Hong Kong for an exciting and engaging strategy workshop. Bringing together members of our Engineering, Project Management and Consulting disciplines based in Mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Vietnam and India made for a great opportunity for collaboration and alignment as we look ahead to the next 18 months.

With our team continuing to grow and expand geographically, the strategy workshop took place during a key time in our business development. Each of the managers present contributed their unique expertise and experience so that together we could plan for the next stage in our service development, discuss new strategic partnerships, and agree how to further invest in our talents.

In the spirit of collaboration, we used a design thinking approach to refresh our company mission and values, revamp our operating model, explore new service capabilities and set ambitious goals for our talent management.

The team came away inspired and with a clear direction and vision on our shared priorities for the next 12 to 18 months, including:

  • Strengthening our value offering to clients by building an ecosystem with bold and innovative players via strategic partnerships.
  • Continuing to develop a future-proofed service catalogue, building on existing success with programmes such as the Carbon Leadership Program and expanding to new sectors.
  • Continuing to invest in our people by launching new programmes targeted at developing the skills and expertise of existing staff and attracting the best talent in the market.

Everyone involved left the workshop energized to continue our journey towards our common North Star, focusing on helping our clients to achieve 1.5 degrees by setting ambitious carbon reduction goals, supported by a strong business case and meticulous technical implementation. It’s an exciting time ahead and we look forward to sharing more of our progress soon!
