An experienced Business Analyst, Shiva specializes in gathering requirements, analysing business processes, and delivering data-driven solutions to achieve organizational goals. Proficient in Agile methodologies, data analysis, and documentation, Shiva excels at driving efficiency and ensuring business objectives are met through strategic insights.

 

Over the past 10 years, Shiva has helped fashion industry brands and their supply chain partners – spanning 750+ factories (Onsite / Online) across India, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Turkey , Mexico , Guatemala, Philippines and Sri Lanka – establish carbon reduction targets, promoting sustainability and operational efficiency.

 

Academically Shiva holds Bachelors in Textile engineering. He is trained in 5S, Six Sigma and TQM principles with a strong focus on efficiency and continuous improvement. Shiva is also experienced in applying lean methodologies to optimize workflows and reduce waste.
