Kelly is an Assistant Project Manager from RESET China engineering team. She takes the lead to manage end-to-end execution of decarbonization projects, from organizing kickoff meetings and based on project timelines/objectives, to resolving implementation challenges and ensuring on-time delivery. Collaborated with the consultant team to onboard factories, facilitated stakeholder communication, ensured smooth project execution, and successful completion. Kelly has strong expertise in cross-functional coordination and project management.

Prior to joining RESET, Kelly accumulated over a decade of in-depth experience in the textile industry, spearheading 30+ business analysis and system implementation projects.
Initial 6-year specialization in sales order management, shifted to 5 years in digital transformation initiatives covering MES for garment production and HRIS implementation. Leveraging extensive experience in cross-border factory coordination, Kelly has developed exceptional cross-cultural communication skills, a client-centric service approach, and strong team collaboration capabilities.

Kelly loves baking, photography, and playing badminton in her free time.
