Based in Hong Kong, Justine serves as General Manager for Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. In this role, Justine works closely with regional teams to shape and execute the commercial strategy, accelerate the mission, and deliver transformative sustainability solutions to businesses across the region.

 

Justine also looks after the Operations for the Reset Group, including operational strategy, talent development, and cultural initiatives to foster a thriving, values-driven workplace.

 

Prior to RESET, Justine’s background is in strategy and transformation for leading global organisations in the banking and insurance world, including Manulife, HSBC, Standard Chartered and BNP. She has in-depth financial services expertise and broad-ranging insight into Asian and European markets. Her most recent role was with Manulife in Hong Kong, where she led a Technology team of professionals across Hong Kong, Mainland China and the Philippines.

 

Beyond the professional endeavors, Justine is passionate about ocean paddling.
