Janice is our Office Manager with more than six years’ experience in labor management relations. Before joining RESET Carbon, Janice​ worked at a number of NGOs assisting migrant workers dealing with labor disputes. She was a director at Serve People Association and is familiar with the relevant labor laws and personnel regulations in Taiwan.​

​Janice manages all our office administration, internal finance function and HR affairs, ensuring smooth day to day operations.​

​Janice has a Bachelor of Mass Communication from The University of Tamkang.
