Ann is the manager of RESET Carbon China Office in Shenzhen and Shanghai. She has 22 years’ experience in financial management and eight years of experience in HR.

Prior to joining RESET, Ann worked as a financial manager of a well-known foreign company and led a team of more than 10 members, demonstrating exceptional team leadership and cross-departmental collaboration skills. She used to be a financial manager in a nursing home affiliated to a Hong Kong listed company and was familiar with various financial systems and regulations in the mainland.

At RESET, Ann is responsible for managing the internal financial, human resources and administrative affairs of Shenzhen and Shanghai offices to ensure smooth daily operations. Ann once majored in public finance at university and obtained various finance certificates.

In her spare time, her interests include travelling, swimming and gourmet food. She focuses on work-life balance.
