Ann is a Consultant at RESET Carbon Taiwan. Before joining RESET, Ann worked in consulting firms, NGOs, and prominent local companies, bringing extensive experience in climate change and corporate sustainability. She participated in a variety of projects, including sustainability reporting, Social Return on Investment (SROI) analysis, impact assessments, and IT solution development, serving clients across industries such as semiconductors, e-commerce, paper, finance, and automotive.

At RESET, Ann supports companies and supply chains to set science-based targets (SBTs) and implement plans for the targets. She conducts Scope 1, 2, and 3 greenhouse gas (GHG) inventories, assesses decarbonization opportunities, and support supply chain decarbonization and technical assessment projects in the textile industry. Additionally, she develops training materials, delivers trainings on GHG accounting and renewable energy, monitors carbon-related policies and regulations, and supports clients in carbon disclosure. Her client portfolio spans sectors such as electronics manufacturing, textiles and apparel manufacturing, legal services, and finance.

Ann holds a BA degree in Diplomacy from the National Chengchi University and a MSc degree in Global Politics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
