Taipei, Taiwan – June 26, 2026 –
Chung-Hua Airport Council (CAC) and RESET Carbon formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at the CAC office located at Taipei Songshan Airport. The MOU was signed by Mr. Chi Wen-Chung, Chairman of Chung-Hua Airport Council, and Ms. Ellen Wu, General Manager of RESET Carbon. Through this partnership, both organizations will work together to advance Airport Carbon Accreditation (ACA), strengthen airport carbon management capabilities, and support sustainability and net-zero transition efforts across Taiwan’s aviation sector.
Airport Carbon Accreditation (ACA), administered by Airports Council International (ACI), is the only globally recognized carbon management certification program specifically designed for airports. Through a structured framework for emissions measurement, carbon reduction, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement, ACA supports airports in enhancing sustainability governance and climate action performance. As the aviation industry accelerates its transition toward net-zero emissions, ACA has become an important benchmark for airport sustainability and carbon management excellence worldwide.
For many years, CAC has played a key role in promoting collaboration and development across Taiwan’s airport and transportation sectors while actively supporting sustainability and net-zero initiatives. The Council continues to help its members stay aligned with international sustainability trends, advocate ESG and net-zero policies, and strengthen sustainability governance through industry engagement and international cooperation.
RESET Carbon is a leading Asia-focused carbon management and energy transition consultancy with extensive experience supporting multinational corporations, brands, supply chains, and public-sector organizations in carbon management, decarbonization strategies, renewable energy deployment, and sustainability programs.
